How much have you already spent on...

Breast Pumps

Getting a good pump IS important, but if you aren't pumping as much as you need, buying a new pump often won't solve the problem.

Formula

The average cost of infant formula is $200-$800 per month. Along with the formula shortage, this cost and stress adds up quickly!

Lactation Consultans

Did you know Lactation Consultants don't get trained in pumping? The LC that helped with your breastfeeding may not know how to help you pump.

Time & Stress

What is your time work to you? How about your stress level? This is a hard question to answer, but what is it costing you in your life to not have the help and support you need?

Allison Tolman, LPN, IBCLC

Even as a licensed nurse, I was still hesitant to admit my breastfeeding goals out loud because I wasn't confident I could meet them. And adding pumping into the mix when I went back to work? I totally winged it...

Fast forward 10 years, I have created the information AND support I wish I had had when I went back to work. Protecting your milk supply by using a breast pump is HARD, especially when you're adding it to your career. I love combining both the science of breast pumps and pumping with the practical implications that you face in your life. I am blessed with the gift of having calm confidence in many aspects of my life, and I want to share that with you.

Andrea Ramirez, IBCLC

I am a parent of 3 silly and wonderful children who are 18, 15, and 11, and have personally spent 2 years as a pumping parent in the workplace.

With 8 years of experience in the caregiving field and 5 years as a Lactation Consultant, I have dedicated my career to helping parents navigate the challenges of parenthood, especially when it comes to breastfeeding and returning to work. I have 5 years of experience in the health tech space, where I've had the pleasure of supporting parents and caregivers with a warm, empathetic, and evidence-based approach. I absolutely love finding solutions to problems and working with parents to develop a plan that fits their unique situations.
